  1. id realy like to have compability for all update packs but with OnePiece's new one ,xptsp addon dosent work anymore, ive done tons of test in the past 3 days and i dunno wtf happening, was working great b4 he updated, plus i cant integrate his pack via rvmi anymore ...i just wish he didint make it nlite compatible,it just crewed evrything up. in my tests the manul batch works fine, so im thinking any addon that is ran after the integration via nlite of OnePiece's pack with the rvmi kills the whole thing.
  2. ive added the cad 2009 ctrl+alt+del replacement and have added the windows orb and xptsp word at the very first boot incase anyone uses driver packs. but for some odd reason thers a problem with one piece's new upd pack.xptsp seems to screw up integrations made with that update pack.
  3. cool man, i had fixed it but ure looks better lol thx!.
  4. EDIT: lol i jsut saw 1st post was made in march...lol oh well should have red it b4 writing all of this. a simple fix would be to manualy bind an ip to the tcpip protocol in the said pc's card properties, cause it seems that the ip adresses arent in the same range.but if the network/internet sharing is rightly configured there beany problems. host ***.***.5.100 and client ***.***.5.101 would seem to be ok but when i see ***.***.1.101 seems this ip was given by an other dhcp. firstly look in the network connection folder of the host pc and verify the home network settings, you have 3 option in the 1st page, the 1st should be chosen.(this pc connects diretly to the internet and all other pcs connect through it).after follow what connection wizard suggests or use ure best logic. then on the client pc,again in the network conneciton page choose the 2nd option( usualy its the default suggested option) then again follow the wizard. if all this still dosent work, find what the host's ip is and then on the client pc bind the ip adress in the ethernet card with an ip in the same range,so give it the exact same ip as the host pc but increment the last digits by lets say 10 just to be safe.(or by 1)
  5. well seems to be working, if you get te oppertunity to test run it for real fro at least a day without any problem then ill add it. BTW:i moved 3 posts to the correct topic.
  6. try this http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?...light=hybernate
  7. i see 2 options that may or may not wok for comctl32.dll file, actualy there are 2 version in an xp sp3 build, the original 6.0.2600.0 and the sp3 5.82.2900.5512 versions.and in an updated post sp3 build the third 6.0.2900.5705 version. in all casses the manifest file alway points to the latest build of the files.if we chek in the system32 directory we will find the base version of our sp3 but the latest build is in the winsxs dir, actualy we can also find the original gold version in that same dir. why? compability?as rick said.all i know is that the manifest file always points to the latest build. now for the manifest file issue. since it points to the latest build i see 2 possible choices: a: res patch 6.0.2900.5705 ,then use the alky to generate a manifest file then copy the correct public token into our original manifest file.then build disc b: res patch 6.0.2900.5705 use the .net dissasembler tools and create a new token then register it to the registry and or possibly also edit the manifest file with the new token.add reg entry to inf or simply add it to rvmi entries.build disc ok now lets remember this is only speculation an i dont realy have the time to test this out.(Plus lol im not too confident that it will even work, but choice a: should be easy to try)
  8. humm.. not bad but lets see how thye look in a smaller size. btw i cant del/see it when i use the downlaod button. how about this 1; http://rhetticus.deviantart.com/art/Black-...verlay-86950799
  9. thx, will include in next update.and ill chek out what i can do for comctl32.dll
  10. for mstsc* it is correct, the other files(lhmstsc*), seem to be for localization or something i have no idea..but the batch IS doing its job correctly. start menu accessories shortcut points to: %SystemRoot%\system32\mstsc.exe btw are u using windows home? for the explorer icons sometimes programs use they own navigation shell. but then again there might be a resource in some file that we're missing...
  11. ok cool, ill chek it out! keep em' coming v1.4.7.0 is almost done
  12. look at what u wrote, now read the 1 st post very carefully.
  13. yeah i know about this,ie8 draws the new dialog box just short of the avi and it does that,no idea why, i guess if there was a way to offset the location of the new window it could easely be fixed. ill have a look at it,thx for noticing.
  14. i just wanted to do a follow-up that memory thing,as i sated b4 it IS gadget related, try not having the picture slide show gadget load and you will see that there isint any memory problems at all. the bigger of the processes has ben at 46 000Kb for quite some time now(6 hours)altho it may have gone up a bit but nothing alarming, and in fact when monitoring the mem size, it acualy does goes down in size ,as for when the slide show gadet is loaded; the memory just keeps on growing per each image the slideshow shows. i guess our friend Bruno.H. didint try very hard to find out what his problem was, looking back at his posts,i can see from his screen shots even tho he didint have the same list of loaded gadgets on each of his tries, the slideshow gadget WAS always present.

  19. cool, ive had a couple of days off and figuring out hardware problems.
  20. humm cant say i have had that problem.
  21. wow you guys are realy coming up with nice stuff!
  22. integrate all ure stuff(except the 2 mce addons)in one shot with rvmi then just integrate the mce conversion addon and vista mod lastly with nlite. No need to integrate in groups,it must take very long that way..lol or if you still want to integrate in group; >>> DotNetFx_All_In_1_Addon_v2.4.7z is a silent install, no inf invloved so you realy dont need it integrated alone. "Why is the theme automatically changed to the media center theme even when i mentioned the name of the theme in WINNT.SIF file? " the mce inf entry for the theme superseeds the entry made by the winnt.sif, cause the winnt.sif entry for the theme is guirunoncexe, but the mce inf also puts an entry at that time for runonce,so basicaly the inf's entry is processed after ure custom theme that was processed earlyer. but i bet this can be changed by simply editing rick's addon; medctroc.inf [eHome_Reg] HKLM, "Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System", "InstallTheme", 0x00020000, "%10%\Resources\Themes\Royale.theme" <<<change it
