    Huge thanks for v.3.6.0/3.6.1 bug solution. It solved provider load failure errors!

    After integrating to XPSP3 source since OnePiece Windows XP Post-SP3 UpdatePack v3.6.0 "System Properties" doesn't show cpu speed. My Computer>Manage>Services and Applications>WMI Control>Properties, two WMI errors with provider load failure failure.
