    Check what? the sha1 is correct for both if you got different hash, redownload the files

    I don't think it worth the trouble did you see what features it provide? but if anyone want to try: - install .NET 4.8.0 on Windows 7 - install .NET 4.8.1 on Windows 10 build 19041 - copy and replace these folders from W10 to offline W7 \Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly \Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319 \Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319

    Sorry for late reply yes, the addon only install (add) new version, and it's ment for fresh new installation it will overwrite the runtimes files from previous versions, but the registry keys are different per version
