Who are your drive manufacturers? Both good and bad. I wouldn't mind finding out as I'm replacing one of my HDDs from bad sectors.
I had 2 Hitachi 320g, 1 went out. I got them both from a HP 8120n I gutted. HP overnighted a replacement for the 1 320g with a WD replacement.
The 200g that went out also is a WD. I have to get the shipping money to get that replaced. Now the 320g that hasn't gone out, I have this showing on it which I do not know what it means.
I found out that my issue was that my harddrivers were over heating and that was what caused them to go. I re modded my case and now my temps stay under 35C.

OK what you need to do is test them like 4 at a time using vmware untill you find the group that fails you.
So integrate the 4 that work and 4 others (Use some kinda sorting) ans then test.
I know its a pain in the ass but hey what else can you do?

i have a couple of pc with xp pro would like to install vista on one of them to see if i like vista but i want to do a clean install so if i take off xp for 4 to 6 mo will i be able to reactivate my copy of xp pro or will i be stuck with vista

It depends on how many times you have activated it, I think there is a limit of around 20, you will get a message stating that the registration has bee acceded when you reach the limit, then all you have to do is call MS and notify them why you have acceded the limit, they will then reset your account.

OK, all these files I don't believe were downloaded from here.
I have downloaded several of them:
BulbaCPL2006.6.0.19 and Defraggler CPL1.0.0.31%5BAddon%5D.7z has errors in the inf and ini.
Question about HD Tune v2.54.7z and HDD Thermometer v1.3 both of those are mine and they have no errors but the arc. was changed from Addon_by_LUZR4Life to %5BAddon%5D, Who did this and why?????
Try to install the addons again without
BulbaCPL2006.6.0.19 and Defraggler CPL1.0.0.31%5BAddon%5D.7z

Did you check the MD5 to make sure the download was correct? Those files may have been corrupted during the DL.
