    Did you update the MD5 information? I downloaded the latest version (7.0.32.102), and my MD5 doesn't match the OP. My MD5 is 4cb45e8594158fe4478e94162acbc0cb.

    I attempted to install this (4.5.3) on Win 8.1 Enterprise. It says 4.5 is already installed on this computer, but turned off. I went to the turn windows features on and off, and aps 4.5 was unchecked. So I checked it, then attempted to install this (4.5.3) again. Same error (already installed but turned off)

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
