    I have the same problem, with new and old win toolkits, it always worked but all of a sudden left with black scree, if I move the mouse it move and dissapears...

Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
