    Yes it works great! Solved the over 4GB ram problem for the 32bit platform. After the conversion all the standard workstation software and system utilities works like a charm. I can configure almost everything except the boot screen. Does anyone know how to change Windows Server 2003 SP2 Enterprise Ed.'s boot screen???
