Ok as discovered in my support request, this option by default will keep all existing silent installers even when deleted in the silent installers page.

My request is the default is dynamic, its off when nothing is set in the silent installs page, but on when at least one addon is set in the silent installs page.

If this isnt possible maybe a first time popup to warn new users how the default works.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
