I would like to modify a Win 8.1 image with Wintoolkit, on a Win7 computer, is this possible?
Microsoft recommend a newer DISM version for this Win 8.1 offline image.

 

I could be wrong but doesn't use Wintoolkit the DISM version of the host system?

    Not anymore, it uses newest one, it can find on the system and also you have ability to override its selection ;)
