I will summon the information demons and see if they will provide me with the rest of the info I need to actually help you since you seem to be unable to provide even the most basic of information such as operating system used, if your av is active, what version of alpha's you are using and such.

I am using WinToolkit_1.5.2.13_Portable but happens to me with the earlier versions also remains loading and hence does not pass

Are you running with a antivirus or anti-malware running?

Are you using the toolkit on a company network at all?

Did you run the toolkit as a admin and are you on a non limited account?

WHERE EXACTLY does the down-loader freeze? A screenshot would be handy here.
