Posted September 23, 20168 yr i have a new laptop lenovo ideapad 300 the orginal ram 12800 4gb its work but give me 4gb (3.86gb)usable when i put 4gb ram 10700 cant read it any idea to fix it ?? i try to fix this problem or its not problem need to buy new ram 12800 8gb ?? please help me
September 26, 20168 yr that other RAM might be incompatible with your laptop. The best bet is to go to the hardware store and let them install and test the RAM before you buy it.
