Windows ISO Downloader has NO pause and resume function ! At least till end of the expiration of the links.
Three times for different reasons internet interrupted. All the three times I was in the middle of download and I lost all of them because the interruption ! Do something !

    The ISO downloader leverages the download functions that are integrated into Windows and .NET. There's no pause and resume function in there by default, and we're not going to implement a new download module from scratch.

    If your internet connection is slow or unstable, and you can't grab an image through the downloader without interruption, my suggestion is pasting the links into a download manager.

    My personal recommendation: Free Download Manager (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/)

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
