Jan Krohn, Microsoft's Media Creation Tool has nower days an option to choose 32- and 64-bit Windows. merged into one ISO file. It would be great if this option wil be available in your Windows ISO Download tool ! Thank you in advance, /w warm rgds. SnowBall Posted January 20, 2020 Share Posted January 20, 2020 Well, you can boot into recovery environment and check(type echo %PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE% at Command Prompt). If it is AMD64, then you should use the 64-bit ISO and if it is X86, then you should use the 32-bit ISO.
