Alright I figured it out, I just add these two entries to my tweak file.

;--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

;disable IE enhanced security

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{A509B1A7-37EF-4b3f-8CFC-4F3A74704073}]
"IsInstalled"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{A509B1A8-37EF-4b3f-8CFC-4F3A74704073}]
"IsInstalled"=dword:00000000

After next reboot it will uninstall :)

You can also do this with unattend xml. Just add this:

 <settings pass="specialize">
<component name="Microsoft-Windows-IE-ESC" processorArchitecture="amd64" publicKeyToken="31bf3856ad364e35" language="neutral" versionScope="nonSxS" xmlns:wcm="http://schemas.microsoft.com/WMIConfig/2002/State" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
<IEHardenAdmin>false</IEHardenAdmin>
<IEHardenUser>false</IEHardenUser>
</component>
</settings>
