Hi, if someone with a non-English windows can do the following it would be great!

Go to command prompt and type in

Dism.exe /online /get-packages /format:Table >c:\1.txt

and attach c:\1.txt

You do know you can make your windows 7 any language you want by installing a lang pack?

It would yield the same result as another with a different lang

If you are looking for something like what it says for "Installed" in certain languages you might not even have to install the lang pack, you could search to see what .mui file the string is stored in and extract the info from the mui with a resource hacker

I did try installing a language pack but DISM was still in english, i'll try a different language

Did you use DISM from WAIK or this DISM?

C:\Windows\System32\

Here's my log from Win7 Pro x64 German.

In the attachment you will find 2 files. The first ist the original and in the second i've added the german umlauts (like

1 - org.txt

2 - fixed.txt

dism, straight from command prompt and i look it cos i had sorted it, thanks testesser1
