Installe TweakUI powerToys pour XP (en anglais) à T-13. Rajoute un raccourci dans le menu démarrer.

C'est un AddOn INF qui rajoute une icône dans le panneau de configuration plutôt que dans le menu démarrer déjà surchargé ;) .

Si vous préférez installer la version FR, une traduction non officielle peut être trouvée sur ndfr.net, il vous suffit alors d'extraire le fichier TweakUI.exe de l'installateur (avec Winrar ou 7zip) et de remplacer celui contenu dans l'archive de l'addon avec celui en version Fr.

Je n'intègre pas la version Fr car les traducteurs ont inséré l'adresse de leur site dans la barre de titre du programme et je trouve ça très laid.

De plus le fichier est packé avec AsProtect pour éviter les modifs a coup de resource hacker....
