Hmm, all the other articles seem to have 1,000+ views, then one next to Win Toolkit has 31,000+ views. For some reason WinToolkit is only getting 400+

Thats because the article has been there for months/years, whenever you update your program you or somebody can report it and the article will be updated with new version number and/or download link and moved to the top

Only problem is that they banned US IP's. I use to have an account there years ago, then all of the sudden I couldn't log in anymore. Then my buddy from Europe created one for me and been OK for some time and now "banned" again. Oh well ....
