  1. Widescreen Resolution Issue: Hi Ricktendo64, I have applied this WONDERFUL V'ISO and i have a screen resolution issue . I have a widescreen 19" screen that shows a distorted 'Welcome Screen' when: 1. Shows a distorted 'Welcome Logon' screen - most of the nice green background is shown but there is a 'large white area' on the screen, it chopped 2. Shows a distorted 'Logon screen' when the basic 'Screen Saver' kicks in - just like the welcome screen, the nice green b'ground is shown but it has a large white area on the screen - chopped Im not sure if the built-in jpeg (the default welcome screen green background) is 'limited to 1024x768' resolution only. Is V'Iso capable of widescreen modes (16:9)? Anything bigger than 1440x1050? What is the max resolution it can support? Has anyone else had problems with 16:9 screen? Thanks for this wonderful package! Morci

  3. Hi Everyone, I found this great *FREE* utility that everyone can use to: The beta 2055 release of XP PRO SP2 (yes i know its old) let you run two or more sessions (one local console and one or more remote desktop) concurrently. But this functionality was removed in the Final release. This patch will enable two or more concurrent sessions in Windows XP PRO Service Pack 2 (SP2) or later if you have FAST USER SWITCHING enabled, and your windows is NOT in a domain. and best of all its FREE ! Site: http://www.kood.org/terminal-server-patch/ Download Link: http://www.kood.org/Termiserv_XPSP2_i386_1.0.exe I dont have the skills to create the add-on and maybe someone skilled might be able to create this, which im sure many users will find useful Thank you all SickDog
  4. Hi All, I have a question to make to the Add-on gurus in this forum. :g: As some of you may or may not subscribe to PC magazines, sometimes a magazine will include a DVD/CD with some full versions of tools and utilities. In most cases these tools/utility software are older versions of their current selling software so they are not the latest and greatest ones. The tools provided have some limitations but in most cases will be *GOOD* enough for the majority of people. Example 1: http://www.backup4all.com/index.php -> Backup4all is a backup software for Windows. I bought a magazine from newstand which includes a full version of this software (the lite version) which the magazine provides a licence to all. Questions: 1 Can these *free* Older versions be made into Add-ons? 2 By giving away the *free* full older version with licence - does it mean it can be made available to users like in this forum? 3 Would it be wrong to create add-ons when its been made available without restrictions? 4 If it can be posted - supplying links from magazines/sites that *IT IS FREE* - are we given the right to create add-ons? I thought i could post these questions as im curious if we can prove that a magazine/website are giving the software away *FREE* - that we can all benefit and create useful add-ons. Anyone have an idea if we can use software this way? :questionmark: SickDog
