I want to boot directly into the desktop interface over Start UI screen with (schedule a task) or (regedit) new tweaks if you know

Classic Shell (Start Menu) has the option for this.

there are some complicated ways to do this by modifying the registry or creating a scheduled task attached to the winlogon.exe

the easiest way is to use the Start8 or Classic Shell which also restores the Windows 7 start menu instead of the Metro

Yet another choice is this one - "Windows 7 explorer.exe for Windows 8" discussed here http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/157302-windows-7-explorer-for-windows-8/ - You literally replace the explorer.exe of Win 8 with the one from Win 7. The Metro/Modern screen and apps won't run, and I guess some people won't like that will others will rejoice. To each their own. As far as I know, you can still use Classic Shell on top of this as well. Just another option.
