Fired up Win 7 Toolkit today, got an popup that new version is available, clicked yes...and got this:

(Multiple times...as long as tried...)

Updating manually now :)

EDIT: After downloading (latest .71) manually from mediafire, all works...as it should...

(Of course, it is latest..and doesnt want to update himself...)

    As this error message it looks like "chinese" for me, at this time, I dont have anything specific to give any hints... sorry... :(
