Just the digital river ones.

I absolute dunno about legality, but i think its allowed.

(I think to remember digital-river-links hv Microsoft self released.)

Much found in MDL forums, example:

http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/21188-Office-2010-Language-Repository-and-all-Office-2010-versions-Digital-River-links

Digital River example:

Unfortunately not found official Office 2010wSP2 just with SP1.

But is really easy to update self, -> just extract SP2 in Update folder. lol.

Greez. :)

Update:

Also the same for Office 2007 Suites, Office 2013 Suites and ofcs Win 8.0 and Win 8.1

U can find much Digital River links for there, i see for Win7.1 its also digital river links, - so then its allow or?

Update2:

Win8/8.1 just WZT releases, no official digital rivers, sorry.

Yes.  Links that allow the user to download directly from Digital River are allowed because they are an authorized distributor for MS.  So if Lego wants to include them to allow downloading anything from Digital River, then there should be no problem with that.

EDIT: Sorry Kel, we cross-posted. :)

Cheers and Regards
