Buy a new keyboard and format !

i can't format my pc again because i don't want this and really i don't have any virus or malware on my pc because i formated my pc before some days!

 

so please any ideas to fix this i try to edit exe key in regedit and it's not worked!

At least your keyboard seems to works now.

Try a Google search, you will maybe find the solution.

I had this issue at one of my clients.

Probably "IsShortcut" string value for LNK filetype is missing in Windows Registry which could be removed by a Virus.

Open regedit and navigate to the following key:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Lnkfile

In right pane, right-click on empty area and select New -> String Value option. 

Name it IsShortcut.

Close Registry Editor and restart your machine.

I've seen AVG antivirus cause this symptom in my Windows 10 installation. Looks like you're on Windows 7 but try and consider whether or not it's a combination of AVG and anything else you're using.
