This is not a Windows 7 build, this is an icon pack made from icons in Windows 7. Why don't you read the first post?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
