When i try to download some of the things from this else excellent toolkit you have make, i get this error message .. Even if i was choosing to download to "root" with a foldre called lets say "C:\w7" -- Because first i thought i was because of the length of the folders/file if it was in like "C:\Documents and Settings\my name\Downloads\filname.here" because it was usually when it was long names, at least i thought , bought it does it also when i queue lest say 10 downloads with small file names, like 7-zip, hashtab etc you have linked to
