    You mean imagex, no all you need is imagex.exe (if you are on windows 7 you have dism.exe already installed, just need to extract imagex.exe from waik/adk)

    I think there are programs that can mount vmdk but have never tried them. I have tried vmdk to vhd converters, so you can mount the vhd in windows

    Mine contains updates requested by Windows Update, no less no more. I don't know exactly the differences with steven4554' UL, but last time I checked (it was some months ago) it contained some updates that are not in my packs and vice-versa. I know these UL does not offer WUA update for example.

    Didn't know that, thank you for confirming. I'll update it every month (the complete archive) until another ''open-source'' alternative is online. I don't recommend KUC for offline integrations (especially with Win Toolkit), only for online (live) installs. Also KUC isn't up-to-date, last it was updated in october.
