[Addon] Kel's CPL All-in-One v12.6
newsposter replied to Kelsenellenelvian's topic in WPI, nLite and RVM Addons
THANKS for moving non-CPL stuff to their own directory, etc. However, and this could be something weird I've done, although all of the non-CPL stuff gets added to <Program Files\System\CPL bonus\>, the links in Control Panel aren't pointing to the correct place........ The problem persists whether or not I add the CPL AIO via the .cab (nlite) or by running the .exe. And... Would there be any advante to including the OpenGL Extensions Viewer in the CPL pack? http://www.realtech-vr.com/glview/version3.html thanks! -
Been through the addon list, thank you. gorkys addon is useful but not the current stable version. khans wordweb addon is a few versions 'old' (current = 5.2, Khans is at 5.01) and Khan himself hasn't been around for quite a while.

[request] How about some of the MSFT 'pro' photo applets?
newsposter replied to newsposter's topic in Addon Discussion
on top of that, the Color CPL seems to require .Net as it's being installed, not just to run afterwards. -
thanks for keeping up with this Gorki

[Addon] Kel's UberPacK v16.2 & Notepad2-Mod
newsposter replied to Kelsenellenelvian's topic in WPI, nLite and RVM Addons
I don't think that anyone will miss HighMAT and if I'm right it might not even show up in microsoft update either. How about adding Notepad++ to the Uber pack too with some comments in the .inf so the people can edit the thing to select which of Notepad2 or Notepad++ they want as the default (if any). I like having both around but prefer to have Notepad++ as the default editor. I'm pretty sure you like it the other way around. I'm thinking that with a little work, everything you have can be jammed into a really-Uber pack. The then just let end users edit and/or comment the .inf so that things actually get added (or not). One more thing that might cut down on the number of 'custom requests' and let you concentrate on keeping the pack(s) current. -

kels, it looks like v4.6 doesn't like either npptools or nppexec as a plugin. One of them is causing a 'plugin incompatible with this version' error message at program startup.
