  1. KUC and MacRip sometimes don't go together. For me the same version of KUC shows different files to download in the same PC but different OS(win 7 sp1 ultimate 32 bit). One with almost 400 updates and the other with just SP1. KUC showed it is missing update KB2829589. But it is for WINDOWS SERVER 2008 R2 ??????. I currently downloads all MacRip updates and checks with KUC for any Missing files(Usually less than 20). If found I google them using the KB number. If it is a needed one, download it and integrate to the image. Googgling all the updates may not be a practical but its the only way to prevent downloading and installing unnecessary updates KUC has a lot of database issues recently.
  2. The manual pics Where can I find the SPDIF module(not a SPDIF sound card)
  3. According to the user manual this motherboard have Realtek ALC887 audio codec which supports 7.1 or 8 channel audio. But in the ASUS site and in the manual it says it supports only 5.1 or 6 channel audio I have now a 2.1 system and plans to upgrade to a 5.1 or 7.1. The MB have three 3.5mm at the back (green pink and blue) and 2 at the front(green and pink) I changed the speaker configuration to 5.1 in the Realtek HD audio manager. Now the 3 back panel jacks act as the audio out. When it is set to 7.1 the 3 back panel jacks and the front headset jack (the green one)acts as the audio out. I tested it with plugging my speaker cable to all the jacks. So the motherboard can support 7.1 audio. Then why it says 5.1 channel audio all over place. The ALC887 support S/PIDF digital out, but there is no SPDIF port. In the manual it says SPDIF module is purchased separately but I couldn't find one anywhere There is no additional sound cards or junk like that except the onboard audio on my motherboard.
  4. KB2775511 was released for a boot speed problem.MS says it increases the Boot speed of win 7 systems
  5. it is available in the update catalog Windows6.1-KB2775511
  6. I downloaded Windows Download Integrator from http://rghost.net/44624104 without any problem. http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/36058-Windows-Download-Integrator
  7. The current KUC version doesn't include all of the MacRip's updates (x86)about 22 updates are extra in MacRip's list
  8. A HUGE THANKS for MacRip..................... Which other program
  9. Check with KUC to see what updates are installed
  10. Try KUC by komm . http://windows-update-checker.com/
  11. Win Toolkit's main use and feature is the AIO and its related features helping in modification and deployment of windows 7 and 8 installation files(WIM). It is an alternative for RT7 Lite . The update catalog is just a feature for getting the updates in the easy way. The hard way is download each one from Microsoft. Currently The update catalog is dead as there is no update servers to download from. WinToolkit is still alive
  12. Nobody hacked Microsoft. MacRip got hacked.
  13. Currently the updates can only be downloaded from komm's site only by KUC due to bandwidth issues. There is an easy way to download updates from Microsoft http://catalog.update.microsoft.com It has all the updates for almost every MS product The KUC utility have all the details of updates and their Microsoft support link. So is it possible to make a software which searches Microsoft Update Catalog for updates displays a list of things found and the user can select the updates needed and download them. Manually Googling the KB numbers of updates for their MS names and then using this name on the MS update catalog for downloading takes a very long time
  14. There is nothing wrong with KUC. Its just fine.
  15. Look what I found about Governor of the UMMOA from http://cesidianroot.net/ Is it a joke or that guy MAD
  16. And what the ***** is http://cesidianroot.net/ because I don't understand a single word in it. What does it has to do with macrip and his http://hotfix2.cesidian.info/. Both has a " cesidian " in it, but....................
  17. I accessed the macrip updates through the adf.ly links and it doesn't work. I got the direct link from the skip ad button. I only wanted to know from where the updates are downloaded. His own PRIVATE site or from Microsoft directly. The download speeds of KUC is just amazing!!!!!!!. The highest download speed on my pc was through KUC
  18. Most of the updates in that list is categorized as OLD by the toolkit(when the update servers where working). Also I get the not applicable error while installing. The KUC also put those in the Remove section after installation So those are not the updates everyone needs. The WUD updates are too old and most of them (probably all ) are superesed
  19. Try KUC http://windows-update-checker.com/
  20. Wintoolkit can do this in the easy way
  21. I can download updates using the KUC utility but not directly from his site. Can anybody unpack the KUC and check from where the updates are downloaded. The office updates from MacRip always leads to the finger(at least for me). http://mcripblog.cesidian.info/ is always online and there is new files uploaded today http://download.cesidian.info/download.mcrip?f=McRipSF-2.0.2013.03.13.exe but its the finger for me
