I have .NET 1.1, 2, 3 and 3.5 installed on my machine.
WAS what i was going to say if i haven't just recalled that i did this fresh installation WITHOUT a .NET package in order to debug some errors.

I've installed this to a Virtual Machine.
Great work.
But, i'm getting an error whilst i'm trying to run MS TimeZone saying:
The application could not be started properly (0xc0000135)
Meanwhile, when i try extracting and running the exe from within my system, it works properly.
Why can this be? (Maybe it does require a network?)
