  1. Dell hasn't released newer versions for this model. You could download Windows 10 version 2004 or 20H2 for Inspiron 7790 instead.
  2. Dell will likely add them to the newer models later. I suspect they need time for adding their branding and testing compatibility.
  3. Version 8.46 (8 January 2021): Added new builds for Office 2019 for Mac; added new Insider and developer versions up to build 21286; ISO Tools with full SHA256 support for MSDN metadata dump (and MD5 support for old Digital River downloads); many small bugfixes under the hood.
  4. So that's why I never received a notification that there's a new thread. Actually, the MS servers really have the new images twice - so I included both of them in the downloader, in case MS realizes their mistake, and remove one of the images again.
  5. From the experience of the past months, I'd say that file should be reasonably easy to get in the next couple of days. But since the number of Visio licenses on the database is very limited, better try to request it more frequently than twice per day.
  6. Unless anyone has saved a backup and is willing to share it with you (only by PM please)... yes. Frankly, I'm surprised that MS still hasn't shut down the API yet. Let's hope it's not going to happen with the start of the year - in which case Office 2010 and Win 7 would be gone for good.
  7. It's probably too old and no longer supported for OS download, but if you want you can send me your service tag, and I'll have a look. In any case, you can download the image for any othert Inspiron model. They're all identical.
  8. Version 8.45 (12 December 2020): Added more DELL models and images; added new Insider and developer versions up to build 20277.
  9. From the FAQ: Q: I'm experiencing one of the following symptoms: After selecting a software version, everything grays out and freezes. I'm receiving the popup message "ERROR. Please check your internet connection." I'm receiving an error message in the status bar. A: This is your local connection issue, and can have a number of root causes: You have modified your HOSTS file. Please remove the following two lines. 0.0.0.0 aa.online-metrix.net 0.0.0.0 c.bing.com You have installed software that prevents scripts from modifying secure websites, such as certain adblockers, firewalls, privacy tools or similar security related software. You have disabled TLS 1.2 in your internet settings. You can enable it again in the control panel in the Internet Options category. In rare cases, starting the tool as administrator can resolve the issue. In rare cases, installing the latest Windows updates, or updating Internet Explorer or the .NET framework to the latest version can resolve the issue.
  10. Are you sure the images don't contain both? It's been a very long time since I last used these installers for refreshing my system, so I can't remember whether they give you the choice between 32 and 64 bit, but I'm 100% sure if you already have (or had) any 32 bit Office application installed on your computer, then it's no longer possible to install a 64 bit Office (unless you do manual cleaning first). So maybe that's the reason why you don't get the option to install the 64 bit Office. If that's not the root cause of your issue, I'll do some more research.
  11. Version 8.44 (3 December 2020): Fixed compatibility bug with 64 bit CPUs; added Windows 10 Update 20H2 v2.
  12. Thanks for the report. It looks like I mistakenly removed support for CPUs that incompatible with 32-bit code. Bugfix is coming soon.
  13. Usually, the English language downloads are available. You know you can also use the retail download for installation with an OEM key? The download is still good for another 8 hours.
  14. Version 8.43 (2 December 2020): Added more DELL models and images; added new Insider and developer versions up to build 20270.
  15. I've never analyzed them in detail. I wouldn't be surprised if the only difference is the product ID. My original Windows 7 purchase was an upgrade version, and I could use the same disc for full installations too, without noticing any differences.
  16. French W7 Pro has been available every month so far. The Win 7 Pru Upgrade download has only two languages, French and Korean. Both of them unlock every time. You can use the upgrade media for a full installation as well.
  17. I'll add it in the next version. In the mean time, use the identical image for XPS 7390, 7590 or 8930 (latest build 2020-05-07).
  18. The next download cycle will start tomorrow. Experience has shown that only few Office 2010 downloads become available while people try to grab Windows 7 downloads (Microsoft's throttling applies to both). Therefore, be patient - your download will surely become available by 2nd or 3rd December.
  19. Version 8.42 (26 November 2020): Added new builds for Office 2016/2019 for Mac; fixed issues in Chinese localization; new WinCert logo; minor bugfixes.
  20. It's certainly possible to integrate the driver into the install media, but it would be much easier to just store it on a pen drive, and install it after the OS installation.
  21. That depends on your hardware. Drivers for some network adapters are included with Win 7. To be on the safe side, I'd recommend downloading the driver from the manufacturer website before you wipe your computer.
  22. Version 8.41 (17 November 2020): Added Windows 10 Update 20H2; added new Insider and developer versions up to build 20262; added more DELL models and images; removed unsupported DELL models and images; added green check () to available Windows 7 and Office 2010 downloads; fixed issues in Romanian localization; removed table with hashes from download screen. Images for the following Dell models have been removed (either partially or completely): Alienware Aurora R7 Dell G3 3579 Inspiron 3670 Inspiron 5675 Inspiron 7370 Inspiron 7570 Latitude 3462 Latitude 7214 Rugged Extreme Latitude 7370 Vostro 3478 Vostro 3578 Images from the same product lines are probably identical. I currently don't know why Dell removed those downloads. They can probably be added back if someone provides a working service tag.
  23. This issue is resolved. Emails arrive normally again.
