Well... I made a new test... I load next hives from Image mounted (Win 7 x64 Pro SP1 untouched Install.wim) in Regedit:

-C:\Users\Administrator\NTUSER.DAT

-C:\Users\Default\NTUSER.DAT

-C:\Windows\Sistem32\config\DEFAULT

In all hives I add to [software\Microsoft\CTF]  the next value:

[LangBar]"ShowStatus"=dword:00000003

I made 2 test, one with Autounattend.xml (default user is Admin), and other with default User (without Autounattend.xml)... WORKS PERFECT...!!!

Regards... ;-)

Hi,

means?

Greetz X23

I think this hive afects only to new users, not  to Admin or default user...

If I'm not mistaken, I think:

-C:\Users\Administrator\NTUSER.DAT hive for Admin user

-C:\Users\Default\NTUSER.DAT hive for New users

-C:\Windows\Sistem32\config\DEFAULT hive for Default user

Regards... ;-)

Throw in a .reg file - that works for me.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF\LangBar]"ExtraIconsOnMinimized"=dword:00000000 "ShowStatus"=dword:00000003[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF\MSUTB]"ShowDeskBand"=dword:00000000[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]"ctfmon.exe"=-

As already said before.
