Yeah, I was going to suggest looking here, but it seems it is also only v2.  So, I can find torrents for it, but where did v4 come from?  Is it not an official MS release?

@mooms, I was able to get the direct link for the x64 version by modifying the link you provided with the x64 filename, but how did you get the direct link for the x86 version?
