How to extract IE11 setup files:

IE11setup.exe /x:c:\ie11

You can obtain the cab from the exe, you have even quoted the command.

 

Yeah but these CABs ware always with latest update integrated in it self, and if I download EXEs they will be RTM release.

They weren't (unlike IE9 & 10). They were somewhat updated in July 2014 but after some tests, the KB was still asked by Windows Update.

 

Here are static links, check the date of the sig:

I advise to use rhahgleuhargh's update list with WinToolkit or NTLite (or DISM).
