Yeah but these CABs ware always with latest update integrated in it self, and if I download EXEs they will be RTM release. They were somewhat updated in July 2014 but after some tests, the KB was still asked by Windows Update. Here are static links, check the date of the sig:Windows6.1-KB2841134-x64.cabWindows6.1-KB2841134-x86.cab I advise to use rhahgleuhargh's update list with WinToolkit or NTLite (or DISM).See also this post.
