Set Network Location post installation?

I have set on my XML file this option:

<NetworkLocation>Home</NetworkLocation>

Which I believed was to prevent this window from coming up:

However as you can see the window keeps coming up every time I install my ISO.

Is there a way to preset either register or some other command on the XML I may have missed to prevent it from further asking me what my network is?

Here is my full XML:

Windows will treat this like a new adapter and the previous unattended settings will not apply (I suspect)

You are absolutely correct, only way to circumvent that, is integrate necessary Network Adapter drivers into Wim, in this occasion VMware ones... ;)
