Might be an idea to show where it is. So, I'll just add it here :)

Click "My Controls" at the top of the page, goto "Edit Profiles Information" in the left hand side menu bar, then at the bottom of the Profile Edit page, there is a drop down for it. "OS" "what is your os?" then select the one you want :)

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
