cygnus
Well, I just got a laptop with a pointing stick and a touchpad so I was wondering what other people preferred in a laptop. Whether it be a stick or a touchpad, let's hear it I prefer the stick to be honest, I find it much easier to use when out and about. Mainly because of how sensitive the pad is too moisture. This new(er) laptop that I just got has both a stick and a touchpad in it, so I can test each of them at the same time. Tarun
USB mouse all the way. I hate touchpads.
cygnus
lol rickTarun, agreed. Touchpads are good for when your at work/school, but when you got the space, external mouse works the best.
WolfX2
I use a mouse when i sit at my desk, but other than that, i love the touchpad, it gives you a better "feel" of your computer
cygnus
The touchpads I have on other laptops work great, but the one on this Latitude CPx works poorly. You really gotta push on it to get it to work right. Same with my keyboard on it Synaptics drivers for touchpads work great, but they don't work on my CPx because it's an Alps touchpad. cygnus
I can't, not enough space at school. I'm forced to use a touchpad
Tarun
I'd find a way, even if I had to pull up another desk.
cygnus
 haha I see your point. If I have to though, I'll make due with the touchpad.
