Don't delete anything, .NET 4(.5) on Windows 8 is a different animal. There are no setup files to remove, its already slim
I DON'T really remove any .NET components, only the stuff in SetupCache that is used for displaying the install/uninstall progress in multiple languages and repair

Added hability to disable automatic updating during setup and also added /noupdate switch
For you RN, your options to not install additional languages, turn automatic updates off and install silently you would use

I think you can remove the "MinVersion: 0.0,5.0;" from the icons section

@Forseti, there is a regserver flag that will register the DLLs, and I also added a Check: to only copy the file if it detects you are on x64

If you dont want to use the INTL and want to add ONLY the PTB LP
- Uncompress the dotNetFx45_Full_x86_x64_Slim.exe installer
- Uncompress/add dotNetFx45LP_Full_x86_x64pt-BR_Slim.7z to the same place you extracted the slim installer
- Recompress everything with 7zip
- Download the Intl SFX maker (replace the config.txt with this one I edited specially for pt-BR)
- Drag & drop your 7z file with the Slim and LP installers on drag&drop_7z_on_me.bat to recreate the executable
