  2. LMAO. It can't get any easier than that.
  3. Sorry to hear that.
  4. Thanks ccl0. I had 147 bad sectors repaired but there was still a issue with the HDD. I ran it again and it picked up 4 bad sectors before I canceled it. I will check those tools out.
  5. I tried to benchmark my system but for some reason it will not run on my system.
  6. Thanks, I am working on a 160G Lappy HDD. It found 40 bad sectors at the beginning (before 1%) and now it's @ 61.95% and has been working on around 100. I still have away to go and hope soon to hit a good patch again. LOL. I also planned on running it a 2nd time.
  7. I have a HDD that I have ran scndsk on and when I try to copy things to the (bad)HDD it just hangs. I was wondering if anyone has used this program and have successfully repaired a bad HDD. THANKS

Yeah if the driver reinstall doesn't work, get a new one. They are around 20-30 usd at the moment. I got my Samsung x18 for 20usd at MicroCenter
  10. Hey Lego. I have a few questions on making addons for 7. Under [CopyFolder], do you add all of the other folder names also, plus the folders? Ex. System32 etc.

Try to uninstall the driver and reboot. Then let the driver install automatically. I was burning through USB for awhile and I had issues burning. I forgot that I was burning a DVD and it ran for over a half hour. I could stop or eject at times.
  12. HMMMM. This used to love ZL until I started using NOD. Thanks for the find.

Thanks N1K. I have it bookmarked for when I have time to read it.
  14. You have to double click on the icon in that folder and then it will install XP. No need for a XPCD.
  15. I have Virtualization on my AMD, but I didn't care for Virtual PC. I will stick with VMware for now, but maybe I will check it out since it's out of beta.
  16. I don't know about that.

    The above is correct.
  22. I noticed how slow it was running, that's why I wanted it off. It would be cool if there was away to activate it when you are going to be away from your PC for awhile to save on energy.
