I do not really understand this point with (not) starting of WinToolkit RunOnce :sad01_anim: !

 

If I install win7 (prof, x64) unattended I build an autologon as Admin (logon count 2-3) in the autounattend.xml and WinToolkit RunOnce.exe starts without issues;

if I install NOT unattended (normal) the installation happens as Admin and RunOnce.exe starts too!

There is no folder under System32 you must look for!

In the folder System32 there is a file WinToolkit_RunOnce_Log.log!

 

BTW, I've downloaded your ISO (before Liam removed the link ) and installed it in a VM: the log-file is exactly there!

That's exactly where the problem is. It always think it's system

Yep, just fixed. Basically just change !1WinToolkit to 1Wintoolkit or Wintoolkit. (Remove the !)
