Is anyone getting an error when Win Toolkit is trying to save your settings? I'm struggling to reproduce this

No problem here. Maybe its because of working on desktop : C:\Users\ira\Desktop\Win ToolKit 1.5.1.13 Portable + DISM\Updates\

                                                                                                  C:\Users\VADYM\Desktop\Win ToolKit 1.5.1.13 Portable + DISM\Settings.txt

I've copy and pasted onto my desktop with the same folder name. Still works. I think it may be anti-virus :/

Oh think you're right. Got similar problem with security essentials long time ago. i had to make an exception in security essentials for all wintoolkit folders and its temp / working folders

No error here, 1.5.1.13.

Had this on older versions, now not more..

I've made some changes which will hopefully help. Basically it just checks to see if the file is in use and then waits until it is free.

Never encountered such error

 

i even copied Wintoolkit to system drive root which is usually extra UAC protected, still works

Hopefully it will no longer be an issue.

 

I did receive an unrelated bug where WinToolkit ran out of memory. :-O Ends up with the user having 6GB /6GB physical memory in use and 25GB/25GB virtual memory in use. Would of loved to know what other programs he had open using that much RAM :-O
