    Due to a large spammer activity on the forums who apparently managed to "hack" gmail's registration process, since they were all registered with gmail, using some random letters, we had to block new registrations using GMail account. Kind regards, WinCert Admin Team.

    LOL, I had the same issue with my PC and I'm using similar MBO as you are. I've reconnected all the cables in my PC and that helped. You should try that for a starter.

    Check this out: http://www.pixlr.com/editor/ Has all the basic functionalities of Photoshop, and it's very quick, considering it's a web based editor. Took me less than a minute to do what I needed. Best of all it's free.
