Legolash2o
I've decided to change the version numbers to make life easier for me. OLD1.4.1.29 NEW1.4.29 @Testers:If you go to the 'About' tab, you will see the build number, at the minute it is currently 1.4.29.17 because it's the 17th test released. Everywhere else in the program you will just see '1.4.29' Any questions about the new version change? alfreire and CrAzYs
mooms
One question: can you explain your numbering scheme ?I agree with the change anyway, this numbering scheme is more easy to understand.
Legolash2o
The first two are major released, such as: 0.1.x.x, 0.2.x.x, 0.5.x.x, 0.6.x.x, 0.7.x.x, 0.8.x.x, 1.0.x.x, 1.3.x.x, 1.4.x.x. Usually there's some big changes in between those increments. Better UI, speed improvements, etc.. The second part x.x.29.x is just general releases such as bug fixes, minor improvements, etc... The last part which you won't really see is x.x.x.18 is mostly used for test builds.
mooms
Allright it is major1.major2.minor.build (with build number hidden except for test builds)And what's the "1" before the change ?
Legolash2o
1.4.0.x was a new build with new features, requests, etc..1.4.1.x is when I was focusing on bug fixes.
ianymaty
What happened with 1.5 branch? Did you droped it and continue all with 1.4 from now on? The new name scheme is simple. Good job.
Legolash2o
1.5 will most likely happen when my final year project gets approved but I may just skip ahead to v2.0.
