  1. 1. Which email address did you send it to? my hotmail or btinternet one? 2. Is that feature already available in Win Toolkit but just not working? You put it in the request forum so i assumed you wanted it to be added and not fixed.
  2. You can't really make a components keep list, the things i remove a different everytime depending on the scenario however for when it comes my laptop i just tick what I know i won't need so nearly everything gets ticked. About updates, Win Toolkit passes them to DISM (DISM.exe /Image:[MountPath] /Add-Package /PackagePath:[FileName] and then lets DISM handle them, it will most likely use something close to method B and install the updates during Windows installation. Win Toolkit will integrate updates, drivers, etc... first and then remove things you have selected so add first then remove second. That's just to make sure nothing gets added back.
  3. Fixed your post #12 issue, anything else?
  4. I was planning on allowing users to delete anything else apart from those on the links.
  5. These links are the closest information i can find about which fonts to keep. http://www.ampsoft.n...wsMacFonts.html http://www.codestyle...edResults.shtml
  6. I can display a popup 10 times and some people will still do it. I'd rather just have a list of needed fonts and have Win Toolkit list everything else. EDIT: Closest thing i can find is here: http://www.ampsoft.net/webdesign-l/WindowsMacFonts.html
  7. The reason i ask if there's an easy way to tell fonts are needed, the reason i ask is because i wouldn't want them to be shown otherwise people will delete them unknowingly that they was needed.
  8. Did you get an error log? Check in the same folder as WinToolkit.exe If there's is a log, i need the information within that log to finally fix this error.
  9. http://www.wincert.net/forum/topic/10027-high-dpi-font-users/ There is a test version which has both of your fixes in it, please give it a try and let me know the results. Thanks
  10. Hey guys, some users have higher DPI settings than the default (96). I was wondering if you could please tell me what doesn't look right within Win Toolkit. I've already sorted Tools Manager and Update Catalog. Please tell me: 1) Your DPI setting 2) Which test version below you where using 3) What looks squashed, etc.. 4) Screenshot (optional but recommended) Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------- I've now included the latest test version will DPI and code fixes, feel free to test it out. Test 1: http://www.mediafire...7a1iwds5a4o0586
  11. Is there an easy way to tell which fonts are needed and which are 'unnecessary'?
  12. In the next version the column headers in that tool won't be clickable to remove confusion
  13. If you mean sort the list by size, data, etc... when you click on the column header, it's not supposed too. I haven't programmed it to do anything like that.
  14. Legolash2o posted a topic in Win Toolkit
http://www.facebook.com/WinToolkit New Facebook page in case anyone is interested.
  15. I don't think it will whilst your having the previous error, which should not be fixed.
  16. I've added it onto that list Shame, can't be bothered to email the author and let them know I will have a look at this now.
  17. Just a quick question, when you add updates do you have any blank columns ie. Support, when i say blank i mean nothing in them at all. It should look full like below. I've fixed the error but still please answer
  18. I've fixed the things i've missed out and the mistakes i've made, should be in v43
  19. Try v42, my 'resources' are unlocked however my code itself is still protected and encrypted.
  20. If you untick the 'Force Install' before clicking the browse button they will go into manual. EDIT: Seems like a bug, i'll fix. EDIT 2: In future (v42) you just have to untick the box and then add all the files.
  21. It's ok, i found the issue and fixed it Thanks though
