  1. Have you managed to get it working yet then Rick? What's your spec?
  2. eBay (new condition), it's spec is perfect for me. My old laptop was HP and served me very very well and i am the in-house computer geek with 12 years experience. Never used FireWire. P.S. The first thing i'm going to do is format and do a fresh install, i hate software which comes with computers!!!!!!! The spec of this newer laptop is more powerful then the one i bought originally for only $30 more
  3. Got a full refund, ordered a new one from America with UPS Worldwide Express which i think takes 2-3 days.
  4. Just had to ask for a refund because he is having issues with it and he said he would have to put an i5 (Dual Core) in it, i specifically want an i7 (Quad Core). I'm starting to get annoyed now... :nunchaku:
  5. Laptop still hasn't arrived
  6. I've received lot's of error logs which i will start fixing when i get my new laptop. I'll have a look at those once i get my laptop, what is the filename of that language file? If it ends in .EXE you have to use EXE to CAB tool first.

Sorry i just checked and downloaded that addon, you're right it does start after OOBE. How come you need .NET 4 before OOBE?
  8. Legolash2o replied to komitaltrade's topic in Win Toolkit
Addons integrate programs directly, it's as if Windows come with the software pre-installed. Addons are before OOBE.
  9. That's the SSD from my old laptop, 640GB comes with the laptop but i'm going to make it the second HDD instead of the main one. What's your spec?

W7T let you arrange what things get installed, make sure .NET4 is at the top of the list. Also W7T adds !1W7Tookit to the RunOnce entry, the 1 at the beginning makes it run first.
  11. I'm not sure how, it was easier just to make it plain text.
  12. 1. They pretty much go to HKEY_Users\\Default so they are created for every new user. 2. W7TRunOnce gets copied into system32 folder. It scans HKLM\\Software\\W7T for what apps it needs to install with their switches 3. Same as 1. 4. Never used it, someone else may have to answer that, but i know it runs during OOBE i think. 5. Again, not sure. Never used it setupcomplete.
  13. Do you want it to install silently? Haven't used RT7Lite
  14. It will not show error during integration because someone asked me not to, they said they wanted to leave the AIO running and have it done without interruptions but i'm thinking of adding a feature where it will show all errors at the end. Someone else had the corruption issue one, i think they said they "rebuilt" the image and then it worked fine.
  15. After user creation, first logon.
  16. I'll see what i can do when i get my laptop sorted, meanwhile i'll move this to the request forum.
  17. Thanks for the offer but i've already ordered one from ebay. I'm officially skint now Dell Studio 1749 gaming laptop. Intel i7 QuadCore (8 core with Hyperthreading) 8GB DDR3 RAM 32GB SSD with 640GB HDD 1GB integrated ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 Ironically i don't really play computer games I've asked for 24 hour delivery so should arrive Tuesday.. I've managed to get W7T code of my old computer so i haven't lost any files thank god. P.S. Didn't know you're from the UK too
  18. Windows 7 comes with WUSA.exe Not sure about adding it with W7T as i can't access the code right now

There won't be W7T release in a while because the graphics card on my laptop has died and i'm going to try and get a refund. :ranting: :ranting: :notworking: :censored: Hopefully they will send me a replacement part, if not i'll have to buy a new laptop which is gonna cost loads lol. This is the last thing i need, i start University in 4 weeks and i'll need a laptop. Just thought i'd let you all know. Feel free to continue making requests, etc... I will let you know when my laptop works/get a new one.
  20. Do you use RT7Lite?
  21. Legolash2o replied to komitaltrade's topic in Win Toolkit
If you know the silent install switch to make it install silently, just add it to the Silent Installers tab in AIO.
  22. LOL, it annoys me too sometimes. I'll think about it, but i'll make it less transparent by default.. Did some more work on the unmount screen...
  23. 4GB? doubt it would work, unless you use W7T and then vLite straight after it. Worth a try...
  24. There is a new unmount screen. Basically you just click on the option you want. I may get rid of the colours on it though. Just that one error integrating an update does not mean W7T is unstable, there is probably just a problem with that update itself. I'll test that update to see if it works for me... EDIT: That update works fine for me.
