App = IDM itself. 

For example, installing IDM and rebooting, it is not starting. It should do so to be able to intercept downloadable stuff.

Instead, it is needed to manually execute IDM, choose the language and only then it will be running.

 

Desired behavior would be that the language is set at setup (system language) and that it starts automatically after a reboot.
