Thiersee
May be your wim is damaged: .SWM-files are normally parts of a .wim-file and are read-only. Were did you get this .wim-file from? From wich OS? Regards, Thiersee Edited January 9, 2016 by Thiersee

But one thing I know for sure: you should not work with different programs on the wim-file. Thiersee

Try to reexport image by DISM:(the names are just an example) Before this you should prepare 6+GiB of space. Dism /Export-Image /SourceImageFile:install.wim /SourceIndex:1 /DestinationImageFile:install2.wim /Compress:none I don't know other solutions.
