I get 404 errors when trying to download the RS3 1709 .iso (I tried with the English UK x64 and also substandard English US x64).

Do you know if its been moved?

I can cofirm this error. All RS3 downloads produce a 404 message.

I've seen this before for new Insider Preview downloads. Usually it goes away after a few hours.

Now I've gotten my IP address and Microsoft account blocked for downloading too much... Can't check for availability of download for the next 24 hours.

Windows 10 1709 has not even been released yet. It is set to release on 17 Oct, 2017. So what we were trying to download doesn't even exist yet...

I have the exact same problem. Other versions will download fine (I've tried Redstone 2/March 2017 and it worked) but with RS3 it gives me that 404 Not Found error. It seems that Microsoft removed RS3 isos from their servers.

@Jean M, this version is not available for download yet. You have to wait until tomorrow, because Microsoft will release "Redstone 3" officially. 

OK, i just cant understand why the program listed as available for download then, since october 13rd.

But that is no problem, i will wait till tomorrow

TIP: Using a download manager such as Internet Download Manager dramatically increased my download speed from 240kb/s to around 1,5MB/s.

Did anyone had standby issues with the version 1703?

My PC often woke up from standby mode without any user intervention. Was that a known bug or just my hardware/software combo?
