When LIP is extracted there is not a cab file, only bunch of files, but there ware a duplicate names of mui files related with themes, and I have found them in the INF file, so I've replaced them with the appropriate names from the left side. Examlpe:

ShellStyle.dll.mui -> home_ss.dll.mui

three times for every theme file. Is it this correct or not, and what I should do next?

that's is not a normal or traditional .msi, you need to take for example 00010410.exe (Italian) put it in svcpack mod, and you will be ok
