Usually the edition specified in the ei.cfg is highlighted green. This is no longer happening.

Iv i start the exe, much times i get this error messages: "Error saving settings: Access to the path "C:\Users\Zer0\Desktop\WintToolkit_1.5.0.22_Portable\Settings.txt" is denied." Dunno why.. lego: I am still having problems with my install. I will report these as bugs though they may not be. might just be that I am doing something wrong but I cannot understand why certain things (below) do not work for me. 1. I still cannot get my theme to default (WHEN I MAKE A HUGE CUSTOM ISO WITH ALL UPDATES , 7 SILENT INSTALLS AND 2 OFFICE PROMPTED INSTALLS) on a dvd realtime or VM. I have gotten it to work with just trying it plain jane ( which is what you might be doing to test it) with nothing else getting integrated etc. Maybe a teamviewer on that to replicate and #3 below. 2. WTK runonce installer says v.1.5.0.8 in the wtk v.1.5.10 edition. I assume they should match unless the module is separate for some reason.. fyi, regards..

Hey, For the first time i am trying to add some drivers. around 400.. never knew just usb, chipset and lan drivers would be so extreme. Extracted the 7z and removed the maps Vista Win8 and Server as i dont think it needs those on a win7 system. So doubt its the drivers i am adding. But when i press Start mounting keeps at 0% i see that imagex is running not sure why imagex and not dism perhaps speed or what not sure. But it stays like this for quite some time until it go's to mount like normal and then it go's on extracting the underscore files etc. And as i do all 4 of a x64 wim file speed makes so much differents. last nite I made a new iso which as a nubie is a little daunting plus we all have to wait for WTK to do its thing. time consuming to a degree. I use separate _64 and _32 iso's. I had created a _32 iso. so I was done with that. I now started working on its _64 bit counterpart. I went to create the iso. no biggie so far. I then read it into my VM for a test spin and I see that win 7 wants to install the 32 bit version...what da ?? so I go back and redo the darn thing (I'm still inexperienced)...hmmm, everything says 64 bit...original working folder, updates etc. then I catch my mistake...the input folder when making the 64 bit version was using the 32 bit working folder …

don't know if this is a bug, just maybe the way "I would like it?" on the unattended creator screen if you check the box for the full name field a box appears where you then enter a name. hit OK or accept (I forget) and then the name you typed in is in the main dialogue box. now say you change your mind before you create the file and go back to the name field and uncheck it and remove the name in the appearing box where you entered it previously and make it blank, your name still appears in the main dialogue box (unchecked). yes it will not create the name during your install but that main dialogue box IMHO should also be blank in that field. This is applied to the win8.1 x64 When removing any metro apps I have this problem: 1. on startup screen, shortcuts are missing of other metro app that are not removed 2. In photo metro app error is "Sorry, there was a problem please try again later", 3. Library does not exist, when I go to the option of a library 'File Explorer>View>Navigation pane>Show libraries', library generally does not appear, After enabling "Show libraries', then I got an error when I click on the File Explorer on the taskbar. Surely if succeeded correctly display library first and second error will be eliminated! How i can fix these errors?

Setting is set as "Kernel memory dump" like untouched default setting instead of "Small memory dump (256 KB)".

Greetings. When I test a Windows 7 x64 build customized with WinToolkit on a Virtual Machine, the Installer part works perfectly. But when I copy that very same build on a USB Drive to test it live, the Installer does not work, it just go through the normal installation process. Any ideas please? Thank you.

I just used the AIO-Creator and maybe discovered a bug / an optimization opportunity : The ISO-Maker does not automatically adjust the path of the just combined iso. At least not in my case with a no more existing path from former iso makings.

using v1 of the unattended creator if i enter a mak key i get an error and i'm unable to install windows. the workaround is that i delete the key from the xml in the winpe setup part and leave it in the specialize part. Hey lego? Why in the heck does discarding images still kick off the rebuilding wim option? If I am discarding a image then the wim doesn't need rebuilt does it?

Hi I've successfully creating an AIO image for windows 7 which seems to work fine but after about 40 days of install it is coming up with a message about your windows password has expired & asking for it to be changed. The user account 'User' was created as part of the autounattend.xml file. We have to run a command 'net accounts /MAXPWAGE:UNLIMITED' on each computer we installed with this image but what i want to know is how can I fix this within the image created or in autounattend.xml so we don't have to run this command manually. i have created a .bat file with that command in it but cant see how I can get it to run that under wintoolkit Runonce as it doesn't se…
