How-to use:

Since KB2855844 is not requested on Windows update, I don't see the need to add it in the pack(s).
 
Windows Update is my ultimate guide, not the security bulletins that are sometimes inaccurate and/or outdated.

Quick tuto:
 
You need 7zip (gui or command line), 7zSD modified sfx module,  and 7z splitter
 
Run 7ZSplit.exe to get the install config of your SFX (here VBCRedist_AIO_x86_x64.exe)
 
Edit the text file file to remove all x64 lines. You can also simplify the install if you always run it silently
You will end with something like that:

Now extract the content (with 7zip) of VBCRedist_AIO_x86_x64.exe in a temp folder.
Delete all  "x64" folders (inside folders 2005,2008, etc....) and eventually "extra.exe"
Once done, you have to recreate the 7zip archive: select all the content of your temp folder and make a 7zip archive (LZMA Ultra).
 
 
Then run this command (adapt the names):
copy /b 7zsd.sfx + config.txt + archive.7z VCRedist_AIO_x86.exe

@Lego: If you move IE and all the related updates/addons to the end of the integration process, you should not worry about prerequisites.
That's the smartest and simplest way , because months after months, more and more updates will be superseded and because of this the list of prerequisites will be constantly changing.
 
Win Toolkit 1.4.1.27 does not recognize IE11 cabs and let me integrate them at the end: that works beautifully !

To "non-French" users:
You can use http://translate.google.com/ to (badly) translate this page in your language.
These packs contains all (and only) updates requested by Windows Update, no more and no less (GDR).
They are an alternative to repositories who contains all know updates (GDR + LDR)
The main advantage are a quicker integration and less bloated image.
You can integrate them with ImageX/DISM or with Win Toolkit.
If you add .Net 4.5.2 you will have zero updates on Windows Update (except facultatives updates for remore desktop)
Since Vista, updates are language neutral, so you can use these packs with any Windows 7 SP1 ISO.
The only localized files are the IE11 setups. Choose the language you want.
 The RunOnce pack are complementary pack of no-integrable updates.

Ces packs contiennent toutes (et uniquement) les mises à jour demandées par Windows Update (GDR).

A rajouter dans la partie silent install+SFX de WinToolkit ou avec SetupComplete.cmd par exemple.

Mine contains updates requested by Windows Update, no less no more.
 
I don't know exactly the differences with steven4554' UL, but last time I checked (it was some months ago) it contained some updates that are not in my packs and vice-versa. I know these UL does not offer WUA update for example.

Either run the vbs or the SFX inside MU.zip and Microsoft Update will be instantly enabled.

RicaNeaga: Never had a problem with KB2574819 & WinToolkit so for the moment I will keep it in the main packs.
 
 
 
Thiersee: I remember having the same problem with IE10, solved with the activation of the compatibility mode on the page:

 
I don't know if it still exist in IE11, but there is an alternative. (put it in silent installers tab of WinToolkit or run it on live install).
No doubt MS will address the problem anyway.

V2.2 of the maker: added the possibility to import a reg file with customs prefs (thanks to alfreire for the idea).

They are listed in a text file inside the IE11 installer. See also this page from Microsoft.
Be aware that some of them are already superseded.

With this maker you can create switchless installers (and RVMi/nLite AddOn), with your own license file, in the language of your choice, and with themes &  others customization.

- Download a copy of the WinRAR installer(s) in your language: https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
You can grab both x86 & x64 versions to make an universal installer, the sfx will take care to install the correct version.
 
- Place the installer(s) in the setup folder. (keep the original names)
 
- Optional: put a valid WinRAR license file (rarreg.key) in the setup folder
 
- Optional: extract the theme(s) you want to add in \Themes\theme_name\
                     Each theme must be extracted in his own subfolder
                     Themes can be downloaded here: https://www.rarlab.com/themes.htm
 
- Optional: If you want to add custom prefs to your WinRAR install (like enabling a theme you have added),
                  you can edit the file rar.reg accordingly and place it in the setup folder.

                   Note that starting with version 6.10, WinRAR is not compatible anymore with Windows XP.


- Run WinRAR_SFX_Maker.cmd

The  switchless installer and AddOn are created in the output folder.
 

 
As long as the WinRAR installer routine is not modified this maker will work, so keep it, it will be useful again when WinRAR will be updated.
